At the beautiful Cape Codder Resort
We were able to make arrangements to reduce the cost for this year’s conference. That’s right! The cost will be less than it was back in 2005! We are expecting a large turn out for our Prophecy Conference but there are fewer rooms and FREE buses from PA this year. If you want to save money and be sure of staying at the Cape Codder Resort, fill out the bottom section and send with your deposit.
The Conference will be at the Cape Codder Resort. The rooms and facilities are beautifully elegant and the ballroom is truly lovely. They have a spectacular indoor wave pool and luxury spa. All registered guests enjoy two breakfasts plus an Italian dinner on Saturday night included with their package. We will be offering all registered guests the option of joining us for dinner on Friday night. The PA bus guests enjoyed their dinner together so much last year that we decided to open the invitation to all the guests. The menu will include the great Chicken Pot Pies that the Hearth and Kettle is famous for.
Friday night starts with a welcome coffee for registered guests at 7PM. AT 7:30 our program begins in the JFK ballroom with Michael Faircloth who will share his beautiful piano renderings and Brian Arner will bless us with his spectacular tenor voice. There will be a remembrance of the challenge to America on that day 8 years ago and a salute to the military. We will study and be challenged by the teachings of Dr. Gary Frazier and Dr. Donald R. Hubbard. We will have a special movie viewing both nights after the program. You won’t want to miss this.
Registered guests will start Saturday morning off with a delicious gourmet breakfast buffet from 7-9AM. Then we will be meeting for a morning of worship, music and teaching. Afterward, we will break for free time. We will be offering a selection of tours. These might include: a ride on the scenic Cape Cod Railroad, a tour of some local light houses…the list could go on and on; the only hard part will be narrowing the many choices down. We will keep you informed when the plans and prices are finalized. And if the trips are not something that you would enjoy you may prefer to relax at the wave pool or the fitness center facilities (available in the hotel). They even have a luxury Day spa with many services available. Some people might prefer one of Cape Cod's beautiful beaches where the water temperature is in the 70's.
After an exciting fun filled day, come back to the hotel and get to know some of the other attendees over a sumptuous Italian Feast. Be sure to take full advantage of the opportunity to swap day trip stories with your fellow conference friends.
That evening we will again be starting with the wonderful music shared by Michael Faircloth and Brian Arner. Then there will be special teachings by Dr. Donald Hubbard and Dr. Gary Frazier that will enlighten and challenge us. This evening will surely bless you. The special movie viewing continues tonight.
Sunday will begin for guests with a breakfast buffet from 7-9AM then we will join together for a morning worship service. Check out will be at 11 AM.
The registration form should be sent with your deposit of $100 per person to hold your room. Reservations will not be accepted without deposit or payment in full.
