The goal of the Songtime USA Annual Bible Conference September 8, 9 &10 Cape Codder Resort
Did you know there are 23 lighthouses on Cape Cod? One of the tours will visit a few. We will get a private tour of the Nauset Lighthouse - the most photographed lighthouse on Cape Cod. Along with the lighthouse tour is an interesting discussion on some of the shipwrecks that have happened on the Cape over the years.
Another tour will take us to the National Seashore Park. The tour begins in the theater with a 43-minute movie then moves to the Amphitheater where we’ll feature Sounds of America. Then we’ll go to the museum to learn some interesting facts and see some exhibits about the National Seashore Park.
In addition to the tours we have planned there are many interesting places to go and things to do. Some of these include: a Whale Watch cruise, the Museum of Natural History in Brewster where there are many live animals plus fresh and salt water aquariums, The Heritage Museum & Gardens in Sandwich where there are 100 acres of gardens and trails. Nearby in Sandwich there is the Sandwich Glass works with displays of glass from 1825-1880. Scargo tower is the highest point on Cape Cod and if you climb the tower you see most of Cape Cod in one look. Be sure to bring your camera! The Trayser Musem in Barnstable features maritime history if you are a buff. You can take a look into the 1700’s if you visit the Crocker House Museum in Yarmouthport. There is also the Cape Cod Museum of Art in Dennis. So whether you come by bus and do a bus tour or you drive in yourself there are many wonderful things to see and do on Cape Cod. Now add to this conference meetings which not only demonstrate how to get hold of the Bible but how the Bible can get hold of you. Dr .Donald R. Hubbard is the teacher plus music by concert pianist Michael Faircloth and tenor Brian Arner who got his start singing with Norma Zimmer and Tom Netherton.

I don’t know of a resort where there are so many opportunities plus the best clean beaches on the East Coast! Call now for reservations because we have a limited number of rooms available. This month's Bible Book-a-Month study is Jude taught by Dr.Bob Burrelli and S. Coder Maxwell. The epistle of Jude is a strongly worded epistle even though it is a short one. He strikes hard at the apostasy which he regards as imminent. Then he urges upon all believers the necessity for their defending the pure faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints.

Jude uses strong words to describe the outcome in the lives of those who are apostate. The warnings about judgment and the vengeance of God upon unbelief are strong that men must fear such judgment—and they can avoid it only by true faith in the Lord Jesus.

Last month's Bible Book-a-Month study is 1 Peter taught by Dr. Dick Hubbard and E. Schuyler English. Written by Peter shortly before his death by martyrdom this book resembles II Timothy. It is a short letter and is not directed to any specific church or locality. It has a message for Christians of all ages.

Previous month's Bible Book-a-Month study was Malachi taught by Chester McCalley and Frank Gaebelien. Malachi is the last of the writing prophets. He is the third one after the captivity. Malachi prophesied some one hundred years after the return of the remnant to the land. Once again laxity and degeneracy had set in. Divorce was common and tithing neglected. Malachi writes to assure the people that Messiah will come, but when He comes He will bring judgment rather than comfort which they expected. Then follows the four hundred silent years before the coming of the Lord Jesus and the beginning of the New Testament.

Send evangelism materials to military chaplains to reach our armed forces with the Gospel (over 5000 sent thus far).
Provide evangelism and discipleship tools to our listening audience (in 2005, over 4500 Red Sox DVD’s were distributed)
Provide Newsletters that contain biblical teaching to approximately 15,000 subscribers.

Provide many teaching cassettes, discipleship booklets, studies and articles at no charge to those in need of biblical teaching.
Helping others get exposure of God’s work in and through them by “sharing the microphone” with our “Many Voices, One Message” so that the body of Christ is strengthened and encouraged.
These are some of the projects that would be impossible without the financial support of people like you. In 2006, we plan to continue the development and distribution of evangelism and discipleship tools, as well as ministering daily on radio and via the Internet. We receive many opportunities to minister the Gospel, such as new radio stations or the opportunity to be heard daily coast to coast on XM Satellite radio.
If we can raise our budget by $10,000 per month, we can take on these new opportunities. It’s as simple as 1,000 people committing to increase their current giving by $10 per month. This morning we had one of our younger deacons speak at our monthly prayer breakfast. He spoke about growing up in his Portuguese family. He is the last of eight children. He said that one morning his mother was folding and ironing clothes. And he added that you can imagine how many clothes there are with a family of eight. She was listening to the radio.
