A New Opportunity!
Good News - After several years of renovations the National Seashore Park is open. This is one of the tours we will be making available for you. The park offers a 45-minute movie and a great museum. It will give you a wonderful overview of the entire Cape. We will also enjoy "Sounds of America" from Brian Arner in the park's beautiful amphitheater.
Brian Arner got his start musically with the Tampa Bay Opera where he sang with Norma Zimmer and Tom Netherton. Brian and concert pianist Michael Faircloth will highlight the music at this year's conference. Dr. Donald R. Hubbard, one of the nations best Bible Expositors will make this a vacation with a purpose. We have also invited Dr. Ergun Caner - the former Muslim who is now a born again believer.
We will be staying in the magnificent Cape Codder Resort. The rooms and facilities are beautifully elegant and the ballroom has recently been remodeled. And don't forget the spectacular indoor wave pool and spa. Check in for the Hotel can be secured in the lobby of the Cape Codder Resort after 3PM on Friday September 8th. Conference check in will be after 4pm. Friday evening you are on your own for dinner. You may enjoy a wonderful dinner at the Hearth and Kettle in the Cape Codder or for drive in guests there are many excellent local restaurants and a list will be provided.
The Friday night evening program starts with a welcome coffee for registered guests at 7PM. AT 7:30 our evening program begins in the newly remodeled JFK ballroom.
Registered guests will start Saturday morning off with a delicious gourmet breakfast buffet from 7-9AM. Then we will be meeting for a morning of worship and teaching. Afterward, we will break for free time. We are still in the process of planning our sightseeing opportunities for this year. Some of the day trips that we are looking at include: A bus trip to the National Seashore Park/Museum & Movie, A bus trip to visit a few of the many lighthouses on Cape Cod, a ride on the scenic Cape Cod Railroad. The list could go on and on; the only hard part will be narrowing the many choices down. We will keep you informed when the plans are finalized. And if the trips are not something that you would enjoy you may prefer to relax at the wave pool or the fitness center facilities (available in the hotel). They even have a luxury Day spa with many services available. Some people might prefer one of Cape Cod's beautiful beaches.
After an exciting fun filled day, come back to the hotel and get to know some of the other attendees over a lavish buffet dinner. Be sure to take full advantage of the opportunity to swap day trip stories with your fellow conference friends.

Our evening program will include a salute to the armed forces as we remember 9/11 asa well as a special message from Dr. Hubbard. Michael Faircloth will bless us with his beautiful piano renderings and Brian Arner will share with us in a mini concert. This evening will surely bless you.
Sunday will begin for guests with a breakfast buffet from 7-9AM then we will join together for a morning worship service. Check out will be at 11 AM.
The package price for the weekend includes 2 night’s hotel, 2 breakfast buffets per person, and a grand buffet dinner. Gratuities and lodging tax are also included. We are proud to be able to offer this package for the SAME price we have offered it for the last two years!!
$230 per person DOUBLE OCCUPANCY/ $350 Per person SINGLE OCCUPANCY. The BUS from LANCASTER will be an additional charge of $75 PER PERSON (this includes round trip fare and your baggage handling both arriving and leaving)
We will be offering a choice of Saturday sight seeing trips. This will be a separate charge and will depend on the activities chosen. (Information for trips will be sent at a later date)
